    ROLES AND SOLUTIONS

Start with the team. Then hand over one recurring job.

Choose a role to see the coworkers that department can hire, or browse individual solutions by responsibility and system. Every coworker runs across your existing tools with defined permissions, approval boundaries, and a named human owner.

These pages describe one workflow or system boundary in detail. Nothing below is being removed; Roles simply gives department leaders a faster way to find the right starting point.

    SEE IT WORK

Four teams, four asks, one governed pattern.

Operations: from ask to governed result.

It starts with a plain-English question.

No query syntax, no digging through tabs. The ask is stated the way a person would say it.

A carrier delay is blocking the Atlas rollout. Summarise where it stands and prepare the escalation.

Linkence reads across the connected sources in scope before it answers.

    BY TEAM

Three kinds of work, one way of governing it.

    Internal operations

Onboarding, knowledge and operations that run on the current policy.

Answer from the governed source, keep the checklist visible and route the sensitive threads to a person, so the team stops being the integration.

    THE GOVERNANCE MODEL

Every solution runs on the same four-part boundary.

    01

    Retrieve

Cited answers from the sources each person is allowed to see, never a blanket index.

    02

    Prepare

Drafts, briefs and summaries built only from that retrieved evidence, with citations.

    03

    Coordinate

Owners, deadlines and handoffs kept visible so follow-through does not depend on memory.

    04

    Act

Verified writes to your systems, prepared and held for a named person's approval.

    SOLUTION QUESTIONS

Direct answers about how Linkence solutions work.

The same governed pattern runs under every solution, so the answers are consistent.

Does Linkence replace our existing systems?+

No. Linkence reads and writes where work already lives (mail, files, chat, tickets and code), and those systems remain the source of record. It adds a governed intelligence layer on top, not a new system to migrate into.

How do I know an answer is correct?+

Every answer and output cites the exact source it came from, with the document, location and excerpt, so you can open it and check. Retrieval is permission-aware, so people only ever see what they are already allowed to access.

Can Linkence take actions in our systems on its own?+

A coworker can start and complete routine work automatically inside the policy you configure. Consequential actions pause at the required approval boundary. Payments, offer changes, refunds, production deployments, external commitments, and policy exceptions remain governed by named human approval unless a narrow pre-authorized policy explicitly permits the action.

Which solution should we start with?+

Start either way. Choose a role if a department leader knows where the manual work sits. Choose a solution if the recurring responsibility is already clear. In both cases, begin with one job, one owner, and one measurable result.

    Do solutions work across departments?+

Yes. The same governed pattern (retrieve, prepare, coordinate, act) runs for sales, operations, HR, engineering, legal and logistics. Cross-team responsibilities like escalations span several systems at once.

What is the difference between a role page and a solution page?+

A role page shows the coworkers one department can hire, such as Support Triage, Escalation Coordination, and Knowledge Gap Detection. A solution page explains one exact responsibility or system workflow, such as Shared Inbox Auto-Reply or Jira Ticket Automation.

SEE A SOLUTION ON YOUR DATA

Bring one real responsibility into a governed workspace.

We will show how Linkence finds the relevant context, presents the work and keeps every sensitive change under your team's control.

Representative data is enough for the first demo. No production access required.
