    CROSS-TEAM WORKFLOW

Ask once. Get the cited answer from every system.

Linkence searches your connected mail, files, chat, tickets, and code in one pass, and answers with citations you can open and check, not anonymous chatbot prose.

    THE STARTING FRICTION

The answer exists. Finding it is the job.

The policy decision is in an email thread, the current document is in SharePoint, and the context is in a Slack channel you were not added to. Each system has its own search, its own ranking, and its own idea of what matters.

So people ask around, wait, and act on whatever version they found first. The cost is not the search. It is the decision made on the wrong copy.

    • 01

The same question gets a different answer depending on which tool you search.

    • 02

People act on stale copies because the current version lives somewhere else.

    • 03

Nobody can tell where an answer came from, so nobody trusts it.

    ONE SCENARIO, END TO END

See Enterprise Search work a real ask.

It starts with a plain-English question.

No query syntax, no digging through tabs. The ask is stated the way a person would say it.

    THE DECISION BOUNDARY

Clear about what Linkence does, and what stays with you.

    Linkence handles

    • Retrieving across every connected system in one pass
    • Citing the exact source, location, and excerpt for each claim
    • Respecting the permissions of the person asking
    • Showing when sources conflict or a version is stale

    You control

    • Which systems connect and which spaces are indexed
    • Whether the evidence is sufficient to act on
    • The decision itself and any external commitment
    • Who can ask across which sources

    PILOT MEASURES

How to tell Enterprise Search is working.

    • Time from question to a cited answer
    • Share of answers with at least two independent sources
    • Reduction in repeat 'where is X' requests in chat
    • Decisions traced to a current, cited source
    ENTERPRISE SEARCH QUESTIONS

    Direct answers about Enterprise Search.

Every answer reflects how the product actually behaves, never generalised.

How is this different from each tool's built-in search?+

Each tool searches its own silo with its own ranking. Linkence searches across all of them in one pass, respects your permissions in each, and returns a single answer that cites the exact sources it used.

Can people see documents they do not have access to?+

No. Retrieval is permission-aware: results are limited to what the person asking can already access in the source system. Linkence does not widen access.

    What happens when sources disagree?+

The answer shows the conflict rather than hiding it (for example a current policy next to an outdated thread) with citations for both, so a person can judge which is authoritative.

Does Linkence act on what it finds?+

Enterprise Search is read-only: it finds and cites. Where a workflow needs a governed write, that is handled by the Actions product with explicit approval.

SEE ENTERPRISE SEARCH ON YOUR DATA

Bring Enterprise Search into one governed workflow.

We will show how Linkence finds the relevant context, presents the work and keeps every sensitive change under your team's control.

Representative data is enough for the first demo. No production access required.
