    INTEGRATIONS

Bring every system into one governed AI workspace.

Linkence connects email, documents, chat, tickets, code and internal systems so one question can become a cited answer, a structured output or an approved action without moving your work into a new system.

    BEYOND READY-MADE CONNECTORS

The last system in your stack should not be the one AI cannot reach.

Linkence can connect approved internal applications, SQL databases and REST interfaces after a technical review. The review defines the data boundary, identifiers, read strategy, permitted writes and approval policy before production access is granted.

OpenAPI actionsHand over an OpenAPI specification and approved operations become safe, policy-controlled tools without custom code.

    CONTROL THE CONNECTION

Connection does not mean unrestricted access.

    01

    Choose the source boundary

Select folders, labels, sites, channels, projects, repositories or endpoints. Nothing outside the configured boundary is synced.

    02

    Apply the access model

Each connector uses the exact behaviour verified by product (workspace scope, admin scope or source-level permissions), and its detail page states which.

    03

    Choose freshness

Scheduled sync, incremental sync or live fetch, depending on the connector. The freshness label on every page reflects the real behaviour.

    04

    Review and revoke

Admins can inspect status, errors and audit activity for every connection, and revoke the connector at any time.

    INTEGRATION QUESTIONS

Direct answers about connecting your systems.

Behaviour that differs by connector is stated on each connector's page, never generalised.

Does Linkence copy our entire system?+

No. Admins define the source boundary for every connector: selected folders, labels, sites, channels, projects or repositories. Only that configured scope is synced, and each connector page lists exactly what enters Linkence and what never does.

Can admins limit which folders, channels, projects or repositories are connected?+

Yes. Scope is admin-controlled per connector and can be changed or revoked at any time. The directory shows each connector's scope model, and the detail pages state the exact boundary options.

Does every connector inherit source permissions?+

Access behaviour is verified per connector and differs by system. Retrieval always follows the access model stated on the connector's detail page, never a blanket claim. Where a connector uses admin-selected global scope, we say so plainly.

How frequently is connected data refreshed?+

It depends on the connector: scheduled sync, incremental sync or live fetch. Every connector page carries a freshness label describing its actual behaviour, so there are no invented real-time promises.

Can Linkence connect a custom ERP, CRM or internal application?+

Yes. Custom MCP servers, OpenAPI-generated actions, the ingestion API and scoped SQL reads all connect internal systems after a technical review that fixes the data boundary, identifiers, read strategy, permitted writes and approval policy before any production access.

Which actions can Linkence perform in connected systems?+

Only verified, approval-gated writes. Each connector page lists its permitted actions and their approval mode. Sensitive changes are always prepared, checked against policy and held for a person before execution.

SEE YOUR SYSTEMS IN ONE WORKFLOW

Bring the systems behind one real workflow.

We will show how Linkence finds the relevant context, presents the work and keeps every sensitive change under your team's control.

Representative data is enough for the first demo. No production access required.
