DESKTOP APP · NATIVE · DEPLOYMENT REVIEW

Keep Linkence one shortcut away across focused work.

This deployment concept would give Linkence a dedicated desktop destination across browser tabs, documents, calls, and other daily applications. Application availability and device requirements must be confirmed before rollout.

    WHAT IT ADDS

A proposed desktop route into the governed Linkence workspace.

This page describes a deployment concept, not a currently available product surface. Availability, identity, knowledge scope, and implementation requirements are confirmed during a deployment review.

    01

Dedicated workspaceA supported desktop application could keep Linkence available without dedicating another browser tab to the assistant. A dedicated window would give conversations and generated outputs a consistent place during the workday.

    02

Consistent company contextA future application would need to use the same approved sources and workspace controls. Moving to a desktop surface would not create another copy of the company knowledge layer.

    03

Focused accessThe proposed surface could make it easier to return to Linkence while moving between daily applications. It would remain a deliberate destination rather than monitoring unrelated desktop activity.

    ILLUSTRATIVE DEPLOYMENT

Prepare for an account review across several applications.

In a supported deployment, a customer lead could ask Linkence for approved background before a meeting while notes, documents, and the calendar remain open elsewhere. The proposed application would keep the answer in a dedicated Linkence workspace with available source references.

    DEPLOYMENT PLAN

Confirm availability and every boundary before implementation.

    1. 01

Confirm desktop availabilityReview the intended workflow and confirm support for the required operating systems. Device policy, security review, and the distribution method must be established before rollout.

    2. 02

Define workspace authenticationSpecify how a future application would use the organization identity configured for Linkence. Existing access and knowledge permissions should continue to determine what each user can reach.

    3. 03

Validate the desktop workflowBefore rollout, validate installation, updates, session handling, representative questions, source references, sign-out behavior, and removal from a managed device.

    PROPOSED SURFACE BOUNDARY

Define the intended route before implementation begins.

WHAT WOULD TRAVEL THROUGH THE SURFACE
    • User questions
    • Workspace session
    • Approved knowledge context
    • Generated outputs
    WHAT WOULD REMAIN CONTROLLED
    • Organization access
    • Knowledge permissions
    • Desktop deployment policy
    • Session controls
    INTENDED FIT
    • Cross-application research
    • Focused writing
    • Daily knowledge work
    DEPLOY WITH A CLEAR BOUNDARY
